EnBW has successfully brought its auction trading platform in-house, transitioning from a third-party SaaS solution to a cloud-native platform running in its own AWS environment. Developed through close collaboration between EnBW and LEAD, the platform gives EnBW greater ownership, flexibility, and control over a critical trading capability while creating a strong foundation for its continued evolution.
