    We have incorporated an employee assistance program that provides a range of services. These include individual psychological counseling sessions with licensed professionals, referrals to professionals or community resources, legal and financial counseling, and seminars or educational materials on relevant topics. With such resources, we intend to make it easier for our team members to get help whenever it is needed, for either personal or professional purposes. All LEAD Consult team members, as well as their families, can benefit from the Employee Assistance program.

  2. Work-Life Balance with Flexible Work Arrangements

    LEAD Consult is conscious of the fact that flexibility in work is key to achieving a good work-life balance. We practice this through fully remote and/or hybrid possibilities. Employees can opt for settings that best suit them, be it fully working remotely or embracing hybrid modalities that fit their style of living. We also provide generous paid time off. Our team members enjoy 25 days of annual leave, and the possibility of increasing that up to 30 days, so they can spend quality time with loved ones and recharge.

  3. Physical Wellness Improvement

    This LEAD Consult also looks after our team members’ physical health through team activities and wellness seminars. These are organized in a way that will encourage bonding in the team and be an avenue for the release of stress. We also provide sports card benefits. Through them, our team members can access various sports facilities that would engage them and keep them active and healthy.
