- Planning, installation, administration, configuration and maintenance of complex IT systems (operating systems, networks, databases, system software, web systems)
- Technical and conceptual processing of the necessary customer-specific processes for service provision
- Monitoring the service quality of customers (service level management) and maintaining customer relationships for long-term cooperation
- Development and operation of the change request process
- Planning and monitoring of costs and benefits
Skills / qualifications
- Supervise experience in IT services
- Comprehensive knowledge of different technological platforms
- Good knowledge of standard development methods
- ITIL certification, DevOps knowledge
- Experience in energy trading projects
