Currently we are looking for experienced Business Analyst to join our company and start at our Sofia office. Your job may involve some traveling to clients within Europe (e.g. Germany, Sweden, Switzerland) in order to work on-site with them.
- Be the single point of contact for our clients
- Make an architectural design decision of how to implement the clients’ requirements
- Assist the developers in understanding the customers’ requirements. Act as a business to technical translator between departments
- Configure/extend the system to best fulfill the business specifications
- Evaluate and analyze the requirements, validate requirements with the technical teams and developers
- Work hands on with the Allegro energy trading and risk management software plus additional specific systems and assist our clients to integrate, configure and test the products.
- Perform Allegro ETRM software integrations, configuration and deployment remotely or on-site at customer offices
- Create and execute test scenarios to make sure that the implemented functionalities work as expected and meet the customer requirements
- Deliver trainings for clients and their end-users on basic use of the system, the newly implemented functionalities, etc.
- Frequent travel or occasional spending of time at customer’ offices may be required for some of the clients.
- A university degree in Finance, Mathematics, Physics or similar
- Proficient level of English required , German is a plus
- Previous relevant working experience (>4 years)
- Experience in writing functional and business specifications with the ability to map conceptual financial and business elements to practical system capabilities is a plus.
- Technical affinity is important
- Preferred are people with knowledge and functional experience in IRD, Fixed Income, CRD and other types of derivatives.
- Experience in a client-facing role is a plus
- Must be customer-driven, have the ability to work within a team environment, and be focused on providing a high quality of service to the customer
- Excellent interpersonal skills. The person in this role will spend significant amounts of time working hands-on communicating, educating and training customers, and interpersonal skills will be a key to success.
- Experience with SQL and Excel highly desirable
